If the glaciers in Glacier National Park all melted away, what sorts of features would they form? - glacier national park mt
Less than half of all glaciers in Glacier National Park, as it years before 150th

Glaciers are a number of functions, if they begin to lose energy and volume. It was often with properties of water and the combined effect of ice. For example,
- Kames
- Kame delta
- Glaciofluvial
- Drumlins
- Lateral Elder (, terminal, media, recession, push)
- Kettle hole (block of ice left behind, and background)
- Floodplains (river sediment)
Basically, you will see a landscape that is full of little hills and hollows. Of course, the glacier is also a characteristic U-shaped valley as well.
There are many types of sedimentation, often ordered with unsorted sediments (random sizes - the difference in river sediments). The sediment is that between the properties of rocks broken by the weather and carried by the glacier further up the valley and broke the rocks. It also collects rocks and soil sediments.
A pile of stones and rubble.
But ... that's what glaciers do ... Travel and melt.
